Tried the well-mellowed shio ramen. (Served on wed, fri and sun only) It is lighter than usual, but the soup is still rich enough not to lose its taste. Loved the clear broth, especially if you are one who do not like overly thick soup. Short walk from Shin Koiwa station. Award winning store.

The restaurant doesnÒ€ℒt take reservation and itÒ€ℒs a fairly small restaurant. ItÒ€ℒs recommended to come earlier to avoid long waiting time. We came at 11:30 and waited 40 mins. Their booking system is very organized though. They told us to order when we arrived and to come back at 12:10. So we were able to walk around the area while waiting. The tsukemen is seafood stock based and very flavourful. Definitely beyond our expectations! The stock is salty but very well balanced!

Fantastic yet simple broth, firm delicious noodles, great selection of meat. I loved the simplicity and rich taste they provided. Reccomended despite some waiting time (with a nice system of getting an exact hour estimate of entrance, so that people can pay, order and go somewhere for those 1-2h of waiting time instead of waiting there in a backalley or something. Great!).

Very few times I become speechless, but here I found myself just making weird noises. The tsukemen (item 3 on the menu) was one of the most delicious things I've had in my life. Firm and thick cold noodles, accompanied by a creamy and rich seafood broth, alongside the most perfect "melt in your mouth" chashu (pork). Absolutely incredible

Absolutely superb Tsukemen. Thick favorable soup. Bouncy noodles. Melt-in-mouth pork. Tamago was spot on. Went there around 2:30 pm and there was no queue. Thanks for a memorable meal!
